My and my wife want a peaceful life in a very tropical place, and this seems like an ideal place for us especially she has lived there 19 years of her life, and a majority of her family lives there including her mother and brothers. I myself am a white Uruguayen American, but we are both excited about this huge move, into starting a business there?? Any and all comments welcome.
